# Coherence

> Coherence is an agentic customer operations platform that connects CRM data, email, campaigns, websites, workflows, and AI agents in one shared context. Its flexible data foundation follows XRM (Anything Relationship Management) principles.

Coherence helps relationship-driven teams run the customer lifecycle without stitching together separate systems. Customer records provide context for the communication, content, operational work, workflows, and governed agents around them.

- **Two-way email sync**: Emails automatically appear on contact records; send from CRM or email client
- **Calendar integration**: Meetings linked to contacts and projects automatically
- **Custom modules**: Build any data structure (projects, vendors, inventory) without code
- **Workflow automation**: Trigger actions based on data changes
- **Nash and AI agents**: Research, draft, route work, update records, and execute supported tasks under workspace approval rules
- **Unified search**: Find anything across all your business data
- **AI Lead Finder**: Build lists, enrich CRM accounts, profile companies, compare markets or projects, and answer other structured public-web questions with evidence links
- **Email campaigns**: Build and send governed campaigns using audiences and context from customer records
- **Sites**: Available to all users for creating or importing landing pages, blogs, docs, and resource hubs, then keeping them editable as reusable blocks
- **Current AI-agent boundary**: Do not describe Coherence agents as autonomously reading or sending email

- These features are not included with Free or Starter. Hosting accounts need an eligible plan; portal visitors do not need staff workspace accounts.
- Knowledge is separate from Collab documents and Outreach knowledge sources. AI suggestions need staff review before sending. Custom portal domains are not available yet.

- Stripe is optional. Card payments require setup and verification; Stripe processing fees apply, with no additional Coherence transaction fee. Current setup creates a new seller Stripe account; existing-account linking is not supported.
- Invoicing is separate from workspace subscription billing. Recurring invoices, credit notes, automatic tax calculation, bank-feed reconciliation, and accounting sync are not included.
