What is Coherence?
Coherence is a flexible workspace platform that adapts to how your business actually works. Instead of forcing you into rigid pipelines, Coherence lets you create any data structure you need and connects everything through email, calendar, and automation.

Getting Started
1. Create Your Workspace
When you sign up, you'll create a workspace for your team. Choose a name that represents your organization.
You can invite team members later from the workspace settings.
2. Connect Your Email
Coherence works best when connected to your email. Link your Gmail or Outlook account to:
- See all email conversations in one place
- Automatically link emails to contacts and deals
- Send emails directly from any record
3. Set Up Your First Module
Coherence comes with starter modules like Contacts and Companies. You can customize these or create entirely new ones:
- Navigate to Settings → Modules
- Click Create Module
- Choose a name and icon
- Add the fields you need
- Set up your views
4. Import Your Data
Bring in your existing data via CSV import or connect integrations to sync data automatically.
