Asking Questions
Copilot can answer questions about your data, show you records, and help you understand what needs attention - all without writing queries or navigating through menus.
Viewing Your Data
Ask Copilot to show you records from any module:
Show me my open tasks
What deals are closing this month?
List my recent people
Copilot will display the records directly in the chat as clickable cards. Click any record to open it.
Unlike traditional search, Copilot understands context. "My deals" means deals assigned to you. "This month" means the current calendar month.
Focus & Priorities
One of Copilot's most powerful features is understanding what needs your attention:
What should I focus on today?
This shows you:
- Overdue items – Tasks and deals past their due date
- Due today – Items that need action now
- Coming up – What's on your radar this week
Each item is clickable - jump straight to the record that needs attention.

Filtering & Conditions
Be specific about what you want to see:
| Filter Type | Example |
|---|---|
| Status | "Show open tasks" |
| Time | "Deals created this week" |
| Assignment | "Tasks assigned to me" |
| Priority | "High priority items" |
| Overdue | "What's overdue?" |
Multi-Column Views
For more detailed views, ask for tabular data:
Show me a table of deals with their value and stage
Copilot renders a data table with multiple columns, sorted and formatted for easy scanning.
Geographic Data
If your records have address information:
Map our contacts to see where they're located
Copilot displays locations with links to open each in Google Maps.
Counting & Aggregates
Get quick stats without exporting to spreadsheets:
How many deals did we close last month?
What's our total pipeline value?
Combining Questions
You can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation:
- "Show my open deals"
- "Which ones are high value?"
- "Update #3 to 'Negotiation' stage"
Copilot maintains context throughout the conversation.
Tips for Better Answers
Be specific about what you want to see. Instead of "show deals," try "show open deals over $10,000 closing this quarter."
- Use module names – "tasks," "deals," "people" help Copilot find the right data
- Specify timeframes – "this week," "last month," "Q4 2025"
- Mention fields – "with their status and due date"
- Use natural language – no special syntax required
What Copilot Displays

| "Show as table" | DataTable – Multi-column grid |
