Get assistance or report a barrier

If you have trouble using our website or app, or need information in another format, email [email protected]. You do not need an account to contact us. You can copy this address into your email service if the link does not open one.

Tell us what you were trying to do and where you encountered the barrier. If useful, include the page address, browser or app version, and assistive technology you use. These details are optional. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or private customer data.

We will work with you to understand the problem and identify an available way to access the information or complete your task. Let us know your preferred way to receive a response.

Current status

Our accessibility review is in progress. We have not completed a comprehensive evaluation of every workflow and do not currently claim that the entire product conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.

Our work includes keyboard navigation, form labels and errors, text contrast, and alternatives to dragging. We use automated checks and interaction tests, and are expanding testing with assistive technology.

Our wider review includes mobile apps, customer-created pages and content, embedded services, and third-party payment pages. These experiences have not all been evaluated. Please report barriers in any of them so we can investigate and coordinate with the relevant provider.

About the standard

Read WCAG 2.2 from the World Wide Web Consortium.

We will update this statement as our review and testing progress.
