Is Coherence CRM really free for three users?
Yes. A Free workspace supports up to three users without a credit card. The workspace shares a limit of 2,500 records and 50 AI credits per month.
What happens when we reach a Free plan limit?
Your CRM data remains in the workspace. AI features pause when the shared monthly credits are exhausted, and you can upgrade when you need more records, users, AI usage, workflows, or administrative controls.
Does the Free plan include team collaboration?
Yes. Free workspaces can invite teammates and use team chat and mentions. Advanced sharing controls, private records, teams, and role-based permissions remain paid capabilities.
Can Coherence AI agents read or send our email?
No. Coherence agents do not currently autonomously read or send email. The current AI focus includes public-web research, CRM and workspace records, documents, Sites, analysis, and reviewable tasks through available tools.
What changes on the Starter plan?
Starter supports up to ten users and increases the workspace to 25,000 records and 500 AI credits per month. It also adds workflows and other capabilities for a team that has moved beyond evaluation and basic shared work.
