Delete Your Coherence Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Coherence account and the data associated with it, whether or not you still have access to the app.

Delete your account from within Coherence

  1. Sign in at app.getcoherence.io/settings/account/delete (or open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app).
  2. Review what will be deleted and confirm the request.
  3. Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Can't sign in?

If you've forgotten your password, reset it here and then use the in-app deletion flow above — that is the fastest path.

If you no longer have access to your account's email address or cannot sign in at all, contact [email protected]. For your protection, deletion is never performed on the basis of an email alone: we first verify that the request comes from the account owner (including a confirmation step against the account's registered contact details) before anything is deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • Content and personal data associated with your account (contacts, messages, files, settings, and connected-account data)
  • Analytics identifiers associated with your account

Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing and tax records) or for legitimate security purposes, and are deleted when those obligations expire. See our Privacy Policy for details, or our data deletion page if you want specific data removed without closing your account.
