Data Deletion Requests

You can ask us to delete specific personal data we hold about you — with or without deleting your whole Coherence account.

Delete data yourself

  • Most content you create (contacts, records, messages, files) can be deleted directly inside the app.
  • Disconnecting a linked account (email, calendar, or contacts) under Settings → Communications stops syncing and lets you remove its data.
  • Deleting your account removes all personal data associated with it — see account deletion.

Request deletion of specific data

If the data you want removed can't be deleted through the product (or you can no longer sign in — try a password reset first), contact [email protected] describing the data in question. For your protection, no data is deleted on the basis of an email alone: we verify every request against the account's registered contact details before acting, and respond in accordance with applicable privacy law.

What we retain

Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing and tax records) or for legitimate security purposes, and are deleted when those obligations expire. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
