Configuring Autopilot

Nash is configured from the Agents page. Its Settings section is shown to workspace admins.

To reach the Agents page: if your sidebar shows Playbooks, open Playbooks, switch to Team, and open an agent — the Agents page's own sidebar then includes Dashboard, Task Queue, History, and (for admins) Settings. If your sidebar shows Agents, click it.

Enabling Autopilot

1. Open the Agents page and go to Dashboard
2. Click Enable Nash. (If Nash has been turned on before, use the Enable / Pause button next to the Nash name instead.)

Enabling Nash doesn't set a schedule. Recurring work is scheduled per playbook.

When enabled for the first time, Coherence will:

• Create a dedicated AI agent called Nash
• Open an Agent DM channel where you can chat with Nash
• Create a Mission document in Collab for long-term context

Scheduling Recurring Work

Nash has no single account-wide schedule. Each playbook has its own triggers — a schedule (hourly, daily, weekly, and more, or a custom cron expression), record events, or both — and acts only when its evidence rules pass. Set a playbook's schedule in the Schedule & worker section when you open it on the Playbooks page.

Focus Areas

Focus areas tell Autopilot what to prioritize. Without them, Autopilot reviews everything — with them, it narrows its attention.

Examples of focus areas:

• "Follow up on deals that haven't been touched in 7+ days"
• "Research new leads from the healthcare industry"
• "Prepare daily summaries of pipeline changes"

Manage them under Settings → Focus Areas on the Agents page.

Mission & Goals

Under Settings → Mission, the Mission & Goals card holds the durable purpose and current objectives Nash works against. They're part of the workspace operating charter that agent runs load (an agent with its own charter uses that instead). Not sure what to write? Draft with AI proposes a starting charter from your workspace data for you to review.

The Mission Document

When you first enable Nash, Coherence also creates a Mission document in Collab, tagged mission. Scheduled tasks load it as context, and Draft with AI reads it when proposing your charter. Use it to describe:

• Your business goals and priorities
• Key accounts or deals to watch
• Processes or workflows you want followed

Viewing History

Recurring work is recorded per playbook:

• Playbooks → Work lists every playbook run — acted, quiet, blocked, or error — with the evidence rules that passed or failed
• Each playbook's Recent runs shows the same ledger for that playbook
• Task Queue on the Agents page lists the tasks agents executed; open one to see its Activity timeline

The Agents page's History section (Cycle History) only lists runs from the retired cycle engine. New work doesn't appear there.

Running Work Now

To start work immediately, use Run now on a playbook. It goes through the same evidence check as a scheduled run — see Playbooks.
