The Analytics dashboard helps you measure the impact of social listening and refine your strategy over time.
Dashboard Overview
Access analytics from Social Listening → Analytics to see:
- Posts Discovered - Total posts captured from your sources
- Posts Engaged - How many you've responded to
- Converted - Posts that led to signups, demos, or sales
- Average Intent Score - Quality of your sources
Key Metrics
Discovery Metrics

Intent Distribution
See the breakdown of posts by intent level:
- Hot (81-100): Ready-to-buy prospects
- High (61-80): Active researchers
- Medium (31-60): Early interest
- Low (0-30): General discussion
A healthy distribution has some high/hot posts. If you're seeing mostly low intent, refine your sources.
Engagement Metrics

View trends over time:
- Daily/weekly discovery - Are you finding more or fewer posts?

Optimizing Sources
Based on performance data:
- High intent, low volume: Consider related sources
- Low intent, high volume: Refine filters or remove source
- High conversion: Double down, add similar sources
Exporting Data
Analytics export requires the Enterprise plan.
Export your data for external analysis:
- Go to Analytics
- Set your date range
- Click Export to CSV
Exported data includes:
- Daily metrics (discovered, engaged, converted)
- Source-level performance
- Intent distribution over time
