Settings

Configure your workspace and personal preferences

Coherence separates settings into two areas — Account Settings for workspace-wide configuration (admin/owner only) and User Settings for personal preferences (all users).

Account Settings

Navigate to Settings > Account in the sidebar. These settings affect the entire workspace.

General

  • Account name — Your workspace display name
  • Timezone — Default timezone for scheduling and date displays
  • Primary domain — Your company's domain for branding

Plan & Billing

  • Current plan and usage (records, AI credits, seats)
  • AI usage breakdown by model and operation
  • Spending limits for AI overage
  • Invoice history and subscription management

Security Policies

Control how all team members authenticate:

  • Enforce two-factor authentication — Require all users to enable 2FA before signing in. Users without 2FA configured will be blocked at login with instructions to set it up.
  • Minimum password length — Set requirements from 8 to 16 characters (system minimum is 12 with uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol requirements)
  • Session timeout — Automatically sign out inactive users after 30 minutes to 24 hours, or disable for no timeout

Data & Privacy

Account-wide data processing controls:

  • AI data processing — Toggle whether AI features (Copilot, Autopilot, enrichment) can process your workspace data
  • Product analytics — Toggle anonymous usage analytics
  • Account data export — Request a full export of all workspace data
  • Data requests — Track export and deletion requests across the account, showing the affected user, who requested it, status, and completion date

Delete Account

Permanently delete the workspace with a 72-hour grace period. Requires typing the workspace name and acknowledging billing impact. A notification is sent to the Coherence ops team.

User Settings

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar. These are personal preferences.

Profile

  • Name, avatar, display name

Security

  • Password — Change your password (other sessions are automatically signed out)
  • Two-Factor Authentication — Enable/disable 2FA with QR code scanning, backup codes, and trusted devices
  • Sessions — View your current active session

Data & Privacy

  • Consent toggles for AI data processing, product analytics, and marketing emails
  • Request export of your personal data
  • View status of your data requests

Appearance

  • Theme selection (light, dark, system)

Notifications

  • Email, push, and in-app notification preferences
  • Quiet hours scheduling

Communications

  • Email connections (Gmail, Outlook)
  • Contact sync
  • Calendar connections
  • Scheduling links
  • Availability settings

Watched Records

  • View all records you're watching across modules
  • Bulk select and unwatch
