Collab Overview

Create, edit, and collaborate on documents and whiteboards inside your Coherence workspace

Collab is Coherence's built-in document editor. Write notes, briefs, plans, and any other content directly in your workspace — no need to switch to Google Docs or Notion.

What is Collab?

Collab gives every workspace a block-based editor powered by BlockSuite. You can create rich documents with headings, lists, tables, code blocks, and more — or switch to whiteboard mode for freeform visual planning.

Key highlights:

  • Block-based editing — paragraphs, headings, lists, tables, code blocks, quotes, and dividers
  • Page & whiteboard modes — structured documents or freeform canvas
  • Templates — save any doc as a reusable template, or browse the community marketplace
  • AI integration — Autopilot can create and update Collab docs autonomously
  • Workspace-native — docs live alongside your CRM records, email, and chat

AI-Generated Documents

AI-generated docs appear in your Collab list like any other document. You can edit, favorite, or save them as templates.
