Social Listening helps you review conversations from supported, connected sources and identify discussions that may be relevant to your business. Platform availability depends on the integrations enabled for your workspace.
How It Works

Intent Detection
Our AI analyzes every post to detect buying signals:
- Pain point mentions - Frustration with current solutions
- Product research - Comparing options, asking for recommendations
- Budget signals - Mentions of pricing, purchasing decisions
- Timeline urgency - Need to solve the problem soon
Each post receives an intent score from 0-100:

Multi-Platform Support
Depending on provider access configured for your workspace, sources may include:
- Twitter/X - Hashtags, keywords, and mentions
- LinkedIn - Industry discussions and company pages
- Hacker News - Tech discussions and Show HN posts
Reddit monitoring is not currently available. Reddit is not accepting the API access Coherence would need to offer reliable listening, so do not configure Reddit as a source.

Getting Started
- If Social Listening is enabled for your workspace, navigate to Social Listening in the sidebar
- Click Manage Sources to add your first monitoring source
- Wait for posts to be discovered (usually within minutes)
- Review the feed and start engaging with high-intent posts
