Review, approve, and schedule AI-generated content

The content queue is where AI-generated posts land for review before publishing. It gives your team full editorial control over what goes live.

How It Works

  1. AI generates content from your templates, knowledge base, and brand profile
  2. Each post appears in the queue with a draft status
  3. Your team reviews, edits, and either approves or rejects each post
  4. Approved posts are scheduled for publishing

Queue Statuses

Reviewing Content

When reviewing a post in the queue, you can:

  • Edit the copy — Adjust wording, add hashtags, tweak the call to action
  • Change the platform — Move a post from LinkedIn to X or vice versa
  • Attach media — Add images from your media library
  • Reschedule — Change the publish date and time
  • Approve — Mark as ready for publishing
  • Reject — Remove from the queue with an optional note

Scheduling

Approved content can be scheduled for a specific date and time. Coherence publishes automatically to your connected social accounts at the scheduled time.

Scheduling Tips

  • Publish LinkedIn posts during business hours (Tuesday-Thursday mornings tend to perform best)
  • Space posts at least 24 hours apart on the same platform
  • Use the calendar view to spot gaps in your content schedule
  • Queue content 1-2 weeks ahead for consistent output
