Personal Autopilot
Your own AI assistant that works on your priorities
Personal Autopilot gives every team member their own autonomous AI assistant. While the workspace-level Autopilot handles account-wide priorities, Personal Autopilot focuses on your individual work.
How It Differs from Workspace Autopilot
| Aspect | Workspace Autopilot | Personal Autopilot |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | All records and activity across the workspace | Only your records, assignments, and activity |
| Managed by | Workspace admins | Each individual user |
| Focus areas | Business-wide priorities | Your personal priorities |
| Memories | Shared agent memories | User-scoped memories (private to you) |
| Briefings | Posted to a shared Agent DM | Posted to your personal Agent DM |
Setting Up Personal Autopilot
- Navigate to My Autopilot in the sidebar
- Toggle Personal Autopilot on
- Set your focus areas (what should your assistant prioritize?)
- Choose a schedule or run manually
Focus Area Examples
- "Remind me about overdue follow-ups with my assigned contacts"
- "Summarize activity on my deals each morning"
- "Research companies before my upcoming meetings"
- "Draft prep notes for tomorrow's calendar events"
Plan Availability
Personal Autopilot requires the Pro plan or higher. Each user can independently enable or disable their personal assistant.
Personal Autopilot memories are scoped to you — the workspace Autopilot and other users cannot see your personal agent's memories.
