Autopilot Overview

Let Coherence work for you around the clock with autonomous AI agents

Autopilot is Coherence's autonomous AI agent system. It runs on a schedule — daily, weekly, or custom — gathering context from your workspace, planning tasks, executing them, and delivering a briefing so you wake up to progress, not a to-do list.

How It Works

Autopilot runs in cycles. Each cycle follows a four-step process:

  1. Gather context — Autopilot reviews your CRM records, recent activity, upcoming calendar events, email threads, and agent memories
  2. Plan tasks — Based on the context, it identifies what needs to happen and prioritizes the work
  3. Execute — It works through the task list using the same tools available to your AI agents (search, create records, draft documents, research the web, and more)
  4. Brief — A summary of everything it accomplished is posted to your Agent DM channel in Team Chat

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Autopilot in the sidebar (admin) or My Autopilot (personal)
  2. Enable Autopilot and configure your schedule
  3. Optionally set focus areas to guide what Autopilot prioritizes
  4. Run your first cycle manually or wait for the next scheduled run
