The Template Marketplace is where Coherence users share document templates with the community. Browse templates created by other users, or submit your own to help others get started faster.

Browsing the Marketplace

Open the template picker (click From Template when creating a new doc)
Switch to the Marketplace tab
Browse by category, sort by popularity or newest, or search by keyword

Each template card shows:

Title and description
Category and tags
Creator name
Use count — how many times the template has been used

Using a Marketplace Template

Find a template you like
Click Use Template
A new document is created from the template content
Edit freely — the original template is unaffected

The template's use count increments each time someone creates a doc from it.

Submitting Your Template

Share your best templates with the community:

Open My Templates in the template picker
Find a template with Private status
Click Submit to Marketplace
Add a description, select a category, and optionally add tags
Click Submit

Your template moves to Under Review status while the Coherence team reviews it.

Submission Requirements

Title — clear, descriptive name
Description — explain what the template is for and who it helps
Category — select the most relevant category

Review Process

Status	Meaning
Private	Only visible in your workspace
Under Review	Submitted, awaiting approval
Published	Approved and visible in the marketplace
Rejected	Not approved — you can edit and resubmit

Withdrawing a Submission

Changed your mind? Withdraw a submitted template:

Open My Templates
Find the template with Under Review status
Click Withdraw
The template returns to Private status

Featured Templates

The Coherence team highlights outstanding templates in the Featured section at the top of the marketplace. Featured templates are selected for quality, usefulness, and broad applicability.
